I had a very unconventional upbringing. I’ve lived in Mexico, Russia, Armenia, Georgia, Sri Lanka, Mozambique, Italy, and the U.S. Years of traveling gave me a natural ability to empathize and connect with people from all walks of life. As I keep traveling the world, I’m constantly amazed at how many interesting people and stories are being lived out on different sides of the globe. Still, our differences do not compare to our similarities, and in every place I have been, I have found people, places, and things that make me feel at home.
My background is in Sociology and Film. I have found that the beauty of story telling merged with the research and study of people have made me feel at home in the field of UX. I believe that at its core, User Experience Design is a constant study of people. Therefore, like people, it is a field that will keep changing, growing, and adapting. I’m excited to see where this journey takes me!
